Dear Homeowners,

Many of you have received a McKendall Estates Special Tax District Assessment on your property tax bill.  The tax assessor's office has been informed of this mistake.  They are taking proper action to correct this discrepancy.

Re: Holiday Security Patrols

Dear Homeowners,

To ensure a safe and joyous holidays, First Choice Security Inc. will be patrolling the subdivision for 3 days a week during the hours of 12 am to 5 am.  First Choice is a private security company that is licensed with the Louisiana Board of Private Security Examiners.  

We invite all homeowners to to view the contract here.  This security contract will only be for a 30 day period to cover the holiday season.  If you are satisfied with the services provided by First Choice Security Inc., please let us know.
